50% DEDUCTION FOR BUILDING RENOVATIONS

Il bonus ristrutturazioni prevede la possibilità di usufruire di un 50% di detrazione fino a un massimo di spesa di 96mila euro per immobili ad uso abitativo (sia per singole abitazioni, sia per condomini), da suddividere in dieci rate annuali di pari importo.

  • ordinary maintenance (only on the common parts of condominium buildings)

• Extraordinary maintenance
• building renovation
• restoration and conservative rehabilitation.

DISCOUNT IN INVOICE
 

The discount on the invoice allows you to immediately have the 50% deduction on the invoice. You will thus be able to save 50% on building structuring work on your home. For example on an amount of € 30,000, your renovation will cost you only € 15,000.
